Pastor Del Ward is a graduate of Bob Jones University and has a Master of Divinity from Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Ward oversees the Staff, and supervises the Youth, Outreach, Men's, Preaching and Teaching Ministries. Pastor Ward served as a Youth Pastor for 12 years in two different churches in Iowa and Michigan. Pastor Ward has been Senior Pastor at FBC since November 2003.

He and his wife Jacki were married in 1987 and they have three children, Bethany, Becca, and Todd. Jacki has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bob Jones University.
