It was twelve years ago that the Browns started a new church in Erlangen. The church is growing spiritually and becoming more stable, but the main hindrance for it becoming autonomous and indigenous is pastoral and internal leadership. The goal of the Browns over the next five years is intensive Bible training to potential leaders in anticipation of leaving the church after that time. Pray for the families that they would take up the leadership roles.
